We all know that getting and staying fit requires two behavioral modifications: eat right and move around more. But for most people, those six words are hard to implement. Especially for food due in large part to marketing and supermarket layout. I've read two simple rules that I think help greatly in picking the right food to buy and the wrong food to avoid:
- Avoid food with mascots.
- When shopping at the supermarket, avoid food in the middle of the store, ie., only buy food around the perimeter.
Do those two thing and you will cut out the processed crap that makes you fat and eat more of the things that make you healthy
